These terms govern your use of Syria Inn, a marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering short-term stays across Syria. By using Syria Inn you agree to them.
Who can use Syria Inn
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
Bookings are agreements between guest and host
Syria Inn helps guests and hosts find each other and make bookings, but is not itself a party to the stay agreement. Payment is arranged directly between the two parties — cash on arrival or wallet transfer. Syria Inn records payments and commissions; it does not process or hold your money.
Host responsibilities
Hosts must list accurate information and real photos, honour confirmed bookings, and follow local law. Discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or origin is not allowed.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must give accurate information, respect the property and the house rules, and show up for confirmed bookings. Repeated no-shows lead to account suspension.
Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, fake reviews, taking bookings off-platform to avoid fees, or illegal activity. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Support and disputes
If something goes wrong, our customer-support team can review the booking and mediate. Their decisions on platform matters (such as reports and standing) are final.
