Cancellation Policy

Every listing uses one of three cancellation policies, and the one in effect when you booked is the one that governs your booking. Because payment is usually cash on arrival, a penalty-free cancellation protects your standing and record rather than moving money.
Flexible
Cancel up to one day before check-in with no penalty. Cancellations after that may affect your standing on the platform.
Moderate
Cancel up to five days before check-in with no penalty.
Strict
Penalty-free cancellation only within 48 hours of booking, and no later than a set period before check-in.
When a host cancels
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, it counts against their standing and is noted on their profile — this protects guests from last-minute, at-the-door cancellations.
If there's a problem
Contact support. Our team reviews the booking, the messages, and any receipts, and decides fairly between guest and host.
