Booking a stay
Search by city and dates, open a listing, choose your dates, and book. Hotel rooms are confirmed instantly. Apartments, villas and other homes are booked by request: the host usually confirms within 12 hours and always within 24, and you get an email either way. Your dates are held for you while you wait, and you can withdraw the request at any time before the host replies.
Paying
Payment is cash on arrival by default, or a wallet transfer (Syriatel Cash / MTN Cash) with a receipt upload. Syria Inn never asks for card details.
Cancellations
Every listing shows its cancellation policy — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. See the Cancellation Policy page for what each one means.
Safety and trust
Look for verified badges, read reviews, and keep your messages and payment records on Syria Inn. Report anything that looks suspicious.
